Check AvailabilityThe goal is not another recipe to memorise. It is knowing what tastes off and what to adjust next.
You are left guessing between sweetness, acidity, dilution, spirit strength, shaking, or stirring.
After the course
Taste the result, identify the likely cause, adjust one element, and rebuild the drink with more control.
From the Founder
I started JWC Academy in 2009 because I believed hands-on skills training should be structured and honest about what it takes to build real technique, not a one-off flair session.
Before JWC, I built and ran more than 30 cafes across Malaysia. I kept seeing the same gap: people who could copy a recipe, but couldn't explain why a drink was balanced, or fix it when it wasn't. That gap is what this course exists to close.
